Shishka was adopted in 2014
in Lviv, and had an eventful life so far - she lived in mountains, spent 5 years in occupied Crimea, and finally moved
with us to Italy in 2022 escaping the full scale invasion of Ukraine. Trough all of it she remained optimistic, following her main passions: eating and seeking attention.

Recently Shishka was diagnosed with lymphoma.
We are running the necessary tests to find out the type of lymphoma
(B or T), and how widely it spreads. We found an amazing doctor Elisa Bistacco in Arcella veterinarian hospital in Padova, who is optimistic about Shishka’s future (with the right treatment).

Unfortunately, we run out of funds already, as diagnosis process is long and uncertain.
Right now we need 785 EUR to cover the appointment on July 8th when we finalised detailed diagnosis and then 425 EUR every 3 weeks for chemotherapy (12 weeks in total).

Our current prognosis
is 2 months without treatment,
6-ish with just steroids, and up to 18 with chemotherapy.
It’s impossible to fully get rid of lymphoma, but we can give Shishka as much happy time as we can if we find money.
Any contribution, no matter how small, will help us cover her medical expenses and make decisions based on what is best for her rather than what we can afford.
If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean just as much to us.

Thank you for helping our girl
and for being a part of her journey.
❤️ Shishka, Tonya and Masha
